We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our client as an Export Supervisor. In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing international payment collection processes and managing export documentation procedures. Your main responsibilities are:

Accounts receivable management :
Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collection of international payments.
Coordinate with international customers to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure prompt payment processing.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize bad debts and improve cash flow.
Collection of international payments:
Oversee the export invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues and optimize collection processes.
Monitor payment status and forecast cash receipts.
Export documentation:
Manage the preparation and verification of export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin.
Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements of destination countries according to sales contracts.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers and other relevant parties to process export transactions.

Team leadership:
Supervise a team of accounts receivable and export documentation coordinators, providing guidance, training and feedback.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to increase team effectiveness and individual growth.

Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
Proven experience in accounts receivable management.
In-depth knowledge of export documentation requirements and international trade.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office suites and experience with augmented reality software/systems.
Previous experience of supervising or leading a team is highly desirable.
