Our client, a distribution ace, is looking for their new Warehouse Team Leader. Ready to take on the challenge?

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Under the supervision of the Distribution Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone of daily operations, planning, and organizing the entire department.

Your responsibilities:

Analysis and Organization: Evaluate the field, prioritize tasks, and deploy the team super efficiently.
Productivity: Boost the team's productivity and help them smash their performance goals.
Safety: Put safety standards at the top of the list for a secure and cool work environment.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure inspections are done and mechanical issues are quickly resolved.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and propose plans for skill enhancement.
Pallet Management: Ensure all pallets are properly scanned before distribution.
Error Analysis: Scrutinize error reports and relay information to the right people.
Coordination: Work hand in hand with the central aisle department for top-notch FIFO distribution.
Pallet Jack Management: Handle the electric pallet jacks at the start and end of shifts, and ensure they are clean.
Documentation: Create work sheets, missing labels, and productivity reports.
Operational Fluidity: Optimize the department's fluidity to keep things running smoothly.
Recommendations: Suggest improvements for the work environment and equipment.

- College diploma in administration, supply chain, operations management,
or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position;
- Ability to coordinate several activities at the same time and to manage
priorities;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel;
- Good communication and leadership skills;
- Organized, rigorous and great attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

PROCESS: Initial interview with Anissa El Farh, Fed Supply Recruitment Consultant - followed by an interview with the company's Human Resources Manager and Position Manager.
