The Board of Trustees of Garden Valley School Division expects every teacher to teach diligently and faithfully in accordance with the contractual agreement with the Board and in compliance with The Public Schools Act and regulations of the Province of Manitoba. SCHOOL INFORMATION: Northlands Parkway Collegiate is a grade 9-12 high school located in the City of Winkler. The school has a student population of about 690 students, and a staff of about 90. The school, built in 2013, features state of the art architecture, energy efficiencies and many spaces with natural light. It was built to LEED gold standard and received an award from Manitoba Hydro for energy efficiency.
