Ability to work co-operatively with a strong school leadership team when: Setting Direction Creating a Learning Organization Developing People Leading the Instructional Program A Reflective Practitioner Strong interpersonal and communication skills A high degree of emotional intelligence combined with a growth mindset. Demonstrated ability to engage and involve a variety of stakeholder groups in the life of a school.
