This role is hybrid and requires you to be in downtown Toronto office 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Test Data Management:
o Develop and maintain test data sets to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
o Collaborate with development and business teams to understand data requirements.
o Ensure data integrity and security during the testing process.
2. Integration Testing:
o Plan, design, and execute integration tests to validate system interactions.
o Identify and resolve integration issues between various system components.
o Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of new features.
3. Defect Management:
o Track, report, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
o Prioritize and escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolution.
o Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of defects.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Experience in Quality Assurance
o Proven experience in test data management, integration testing, and defect management.
• Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
o Proficiency in QA tools and methodologies.
o Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
