Position Description:

This is a hybrid role 2-3 days/weeks in office at Toronto downtown.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, define, and document business requirements and objectives related to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Conduct workshops, interviews, and sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
• Solution Design and Documentation: Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Design process flows, wireframes, and system integrations to align with business goals.
• Salesforce Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud features and capabilities. Recommend best practices for leveraging Salesforce to optimize processes and enhance customer experience.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business users, development teams, and other project stakeholders. Provide guidance and support during UAT, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Certifications

• Relevant Salesforce certifications
• Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as a BA/BSA working with Salesforce, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud. Solid understanding of financial services processes, including wealth management, banking, or insurance. Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform configuration and declarative development (flows, reports, dashboards).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and APIs. Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or other project management and documentation platforms.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
