We are hiring an elite SRE with a passion for building fault-tolerant, scalable systems in the cloud. You bring a performance engineering mindset to everything you do - balancing innovation with reliability. You’ll lead SRE best practices, SLIs/SLOs, observability frameworks, and automated incident response for mission-critical services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work hands-on in designing, building, and enhancing cloud-based architectures, engineering standards, and operational excellence strategies. • Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
• Implement and improve SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for cloud-based services. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis efforts. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
• Automate reliability processes and integrate with CI/CD workflows. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
• Work collaboratively with DevOps, architecture, and development teams. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
• 5+ years of SRE or infrastructure engineering experience. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
• Proficient with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, New Relic. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
• Hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
• Strong automation background (Python, Bash, Ansible). A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.

Proficiency with the following or similar technologies is required or strongly preferred:
• Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, New Relic, Datadog
• Rundeck, PagerDuty, Opsgenie
• Kubernetes, Docker, Istio
• AWS CloudWatch, Azure Log Analytics, GCP Monitoring
• Experience with game-day exercises and chaos engineering (e.g., Gremlin).
• Familiarity with runbook automation tools (e.g., Rundeck).
• Skilled at setting up synthetic and real-user monitoring (RUM).
• In-depth understanding of load balancing, failover strategies, and CDN configurations.
