Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business development opportunities and create strong relationships with clients and prospects;
- Determine and define the scope of work and deliverables;
- Coordinate the teams, including the subcontractors;
- Analyze and understand the terms and conditions of contracts and subcontracts;
- Organize and participate in site meetings;
- Supervise the work in order to ensure compliance with building and safety codes;
- Resolve any issue that might arise;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Profile:
- Minimum 10 years of experience;
- Experience working on project of $7M+;
- Knowledge of PlanSwift and Procore;
- Knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
