VFS Canada is currently looking for post-secondary students for Winter Intern/Co-op paid positions to provide support with various projects and tasks to support the business.

You will work under direct supervision and perform requested tasks alongside experienced professionals and various teams.
This is an opportunity for a student to explore and learn about the captive automotive business, under the guidance of the industry’s best professionals. In addition, you will build job-ready skills and experience at a large Canadian-based global company. The program offers the opportunity to work in various departments including, Operations, Asset Management, Customer Service, and Insurance.
Specific responsibilities, projects, and/or activities are listed below but may vary based on business demands and/or the individual student’s skill sets and development needs. In one of these roles, you will:
- Provide general project support
- Support daily activities of the departments
- Work closely with our Operations team to ensure booking accuracy with the company’s requirements relating to the retail funding of lease and loan transactions
- Assist in the review of the pre-funding retail transactions
- PPSA Registration filing in support of retail transactions
- Provide support within our insurance tracking function by following for updated insurance policies through customer and broker contact
- Provide accurate and timely payout quotes, audit balance confirmations, plating letters, account reconciliations and amortization schedules
- Be the point of contact for lease assumption/loan takeover information gathering and document processing
- Investigate & resolve billing & contract discrepancies, including required refunds
