- Actively seeking Customers on the racetrack within the Appliance and Custom Kitchen Show rooms
- Asking open-ended questions and expressing interest in projects in order to best serve the Customer
- Determining Customer’s level of expertise and needs. Answering questions and escorting Customers to merchandise in other sales areas that fit their needs
- Assisting Customers in other sales areas when appropriate
- Providing customer service over the telephone
- Assisting Customers with special orders and install sales (i.e. Home Depot Services)
- Communicating with the Escalation Team regarding ordering issues
- Communicating with the Freight/Fulfillment Team regarding pack-out/pack-down
- Attending all scheduled product knowledge and training seminars
