Benefits & Perks

• Annual salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
• Discretionary annual bonus

Responsibilities

• Successfully managing the operations of their commercial and industrial properties.
• Preserving or raising the value of their real estate assets.
• Building and sustaining strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders and contractors.
• Working collaboratively with management and senior management on ideas and strategies to grow the business.
• Coordinating and overseeing all building maintenance aspects and dealing with tenant issues and after-hours calls.
• Assisting tenants with move in/move out deficiencies.
• Conducting regular property inspections and implementing solutions as required.
• Coordinating contracts with service providers and evaluating performance
• Troubleshooting and responding to facilities after-hours emergencies.
• Invoicing and collecting payment/rent from tenants.
• Working with the maintenance team to ensure common areas of all properties are maintained in a neat and professional looking manner.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Commercial Property Manager
• Experience managing Industrial is an asset
• Happy to work in the office 5 days per week
