Are you an experienced Executive Assistant based near Surrey that is looking for an exciting and challenging new opportunity? Our client is looking for a full time Executive Assistant to work in their office based in Surrey. In this role, you’ll be providing Executive support to multiple individuals including C-level Executives.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a well-established Food and Beverage Manufacturing company based in Surrey, British Columbia, with many processing plants located throughout Canada. This client has many domestic and international customers.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Executive Assistant will support multiple Executives and is the point of contact for a variety of subjects. You’ll report directly to the Administrative Services Manager and manage everything from minutes, agendas, power points, expense reporting, visa reconciliations, database management, event planning, calendars, meetings, correspondence, travel arrangements, and email management.

ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Providing executive administrative support to multiple C suite executives.
  • Calendar management and expense reporting.
  • Booking meetings, scheduling, preparing presentation and meeting materials.
  • Assist to prioritize daily tasks, meetings, and deadlines.
  • Travel arrangements; air, hotel, ground transportation.
  • Responds to and manages email.
  • Occasional personal executive support that may include booking appointments and running errands.
  • Plans corporate events, employee events and conferences.
  • Manages the day to day of a busy office.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant position supporting C level Executives.
  • Must be highly organized and be able to efficiently organize others.
  • Strong calendar management experience; able to efficiently schedule meetings and juggle multiple requests for time effectively.
  • Proven ability to build relationships quickly and anticipate needs.
  • Prior supervisory experience is required.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Must be able to manage confidential information with discretion.

COMPENSATION

$80,000-$90,000
