ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Working alongside a small team in the London office, while still benefiting from the resources of multiple offices throughout Ontario, this role will provide you with experiences to be heavily involved in taking files from start to finish on your own.

ABOUT THE POSITION
With support from a strong team of colleagues, the focus will be on management side and your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around advising and representing employers on matters including:

• labour relations
• wrongful dismissal
• other employment litigation
• pension, benefits and executive compensation
• education law
• workplace safety and insurance
• human rights
• health and safety
• pay equity
• information and privacy

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years as a lawyer, licensed to practice in ON
• Employment or labour litigation experience
• Able to work 3 days/week in London office

COMPENSATION

• $110,000 and up (depending on experience)
• earn Toronto big firm salary in London market
