Receptionist

We are hiring a Receptionist for our North Vancouver law firm client.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a boutique firm in beautiful North Vancouver that prides themselves on having a small but mighty team with a proven track record of providing their clients with effective and personalized legal advice and services.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for anyone that calls or visits. In addition to managing the reception area, you’ll assist with administrative tasks such as client payments, opening new files, couriers, and data entry. The opportunity offers room for growth and would be ideal for someone looking to gain experience while working on their LAA certificate.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Answering and directing calls.
• Greeting guests and visitors.
• Managing boardroom and meeting bookings.
• Setting up for meetings, organizing catering.
• Administrative responsibilities such file opening and taking payments.
• Data entry and updating training manuals.
• Couriers and scanning.

THE REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience in a Reception role.
Prior experience in a law firm is an asset.
Excellent customer service.
Must be highly organized.
Experience managing confidential information.
Intermediate MS Office skills.
Basic accounting knowledge is an asset.

COMPENSATION
Annual salary range $45,000 - $48,000. Competitive vacation and benefits. Parking subsidy and wellness fund.
