Description
Are you a Residential Property Manager looking for their next exciting opportunity with a super fun and supportive team? Our Property Management/ Developer client are looking to add an experienced Residential Property Manager to their growing team!
You will be managing 10 residential buildings totaling 500 units. 7 of these will be in Vancouver, 2 in Calgary and 1 in Ontario.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Resident Managers across assigned properties, ensuring staffing coverage and operational consistency
- Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and mentorship of site staff
- Conduct regular property inspections and site visits to ensure standards are met
- Oversee building maintenance, suite turnover, and capital improvements
- Approve service contracts, expenses, and invoices in accordance with budget
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets for each building including major renovations
- Track performance against financial targets and implement corrective actions when needed
- Set and adjust rental rates based on market analysis
- Resolve escalated resident issues with professionalism and empathy
- Foster strong community relationships through regular communication and resident events
- Act as liaison between residents and corporate office for matters requiring higher-level intervention
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience managing a Residential Portfolio
- Experience forecasting budgets and financials
- Experience with Capital Projects
