Impact Recruitment has the pleasure of working with a leading litigation focused law firm in Vancouver. This team is looking for an experienced construction litigation associate to join their busy team and take on an increasing number of complex and engaging files.

Responsibilities
The incumbent lawyer will be hitting the ground running, taking on a substantial file load of complex and engaging construction disputes. This work will include but not be limited to builders liens, construction defects (design, structural, electrical), project delays / extensions, as well as defending professional liability claims on behalf of individuals such as architects, engineers, contractors, sub-contractors, and others.

Qualifications

  • Called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
  • 5+ years of experience post call
  • Be comfortable with a billable target of 1650
  • Substantial experience with construction litigation / professional liability matters
