Site Superintendent – TI Projects

ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client specialises mainly on TI and new build commercial and institutional projects, with some residential TI projects at times. Project values usually range from $5M - $30M. They are based in Langley and have projects throughout the Lower Mainland.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Great opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that continues to grow year on year and promotes from within. You will be overseeing your own projects that can include Tis for banks, schools and other commercial settings or new build projects such as car dealerships and dental offices.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Master the trade coordination; including managing schedules, avoiding overlaps and site conflicts.
• Push the schedule and deliver the project on time by foreseeing and dealing with any concerns.
• Monitor the project budget to prevent any cost overruns.
• Master the drawings to rectify construction challenges before they arise.
• Deal with challenging workforce issues that arise.
• Anticipate and minimize any issues that arise.
• Treat safety as a priority
• A key task will be balancing the needs of schedule, budget and safety.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years as a Superintendent with start to finish project experience
• Highly proficient using software such as Procore, SiteDocs and MS Suite
• Experience working on TI projects ranging from $2M - $25M

COMPENSATION

• $100,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
• Yearly discretionary bonuses
• Health and dental benefits
