Being Sales Manager - North America for our heating cable division means spreading our industrial heating solutions over a vast territory, while building strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Your responsibilities:
- Define and deploy a sales and business development strategy for the North American market for our 4 heating cable brands, 2 in the U.S. and 2 in Canada.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in key industrial sectors.
- Manage and support multi-site Canadian and U.S. sales teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and strategic partners.
- Meet customers' needs by advising and training them on our products, their installation and use.
- Work closely with internal teams (inside sales and marketing) to ensure optimal response to customer needs.
- Follow up on customer bids and respond to calls for tender.
- Monitor the industry in terms of competition and customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events to reinforce the visibility of our heating cable brands.

Your profile :
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a field related to sales, business development and personnel management.
- Have sold products in the heavy industrial and commercial market.
- Have technical knowledge of industrial products and markets.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Technical skills or knowledge;
- Demonstrate organization, initiative, perseverance and autonomy.
- Frequent travel throughout Canada and the United States.
- Reside in the Greater Toronto Area or Montreal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment.
