About the Role:
As an Adult Day Service Worker, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients by implementing and participating in a variety of activities that promote their well-being. Under the guidance of the Adult Day Centre Program Supervisor and aligned with our organization’s vision and values, you will assist clients in carrying out established programs and daily living tasks. Your responsibilities will include transporting clients to organized outings, ensuring they have access to enriching experiences. You will set up and organize furnishings and equipment for programs and special events, teach the techniques of related activities to clients, and adapt programs to meet their unique needs. By providing demonstrations, overseeing participation, and reporting changes to the supervisor, you will help create a dynamic and supportive environment that caters to the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs of our clients.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

Qualfications
• Grade 12
• Completion of an Activity Assistant Program, and one year recent related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Food Safe certificate.
• Current valid BC Class 4 Driver’s License.
