Position Summary
Royal Inland Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Casual Program Assistant, supporting the Vascular Improvement Program to join their team in Kamloops, B.C!
Hours of work: rotating days, Monday to Friday 07:30 to 15:30, 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, 08:00 to 12:00
Days off: Sun, Sat, STAT

What Will You Work On?
This position performs a variety of secretarial, administrative support and clerical duties including data entry, for the Vascular Improvement Program within a clinic and community setting.

• A 5-minute typing test (45+ NWPM) from a recognized institution, completed within the past 48 months (non-supervised tests not accepted). Click here for testing details.
• A Medical Terminology Certificate
• Your Resume outlining two year’s recent related experience, Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
• A Cover Letter stating your availability to start in a new position and on-call, casual work (i.e. days of the week).

• Grade 12, two years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Ability to keyboard at 45 wpm
• Knowledge of medical terminology
