Position Summary
We have a relief full-time Rehabilitation Assistant opening at Pleasant Valley Manor, in Armstrong, B.C. This position is expected to run until June 2026 or the return of the current incumbent. This position works Monday to Friday from 08:30-16:30.

About the position:
Under the clinical direction of a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist, the Rehabilitation Assistant functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team in meeting the needs of the client. The Rehabilitation Assistant carries out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs and assists the therapist in monitoring and evaluating patients/residents’ progression.
Pleasant Valley Manor, located in the beautiful community of Armstrong, embodies a resident-centered philosophy designed to support residents’ choices, help people function at their highest level, and provide the best quality of life possible. This facility is an 82 bed complex care facility (81 permanent, 1 respite) equipped with services and 24 hour staff devoted to creating a comfortable living environment.

Qualfications
Completion of a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant Program or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Valid Class 5 Vehicle License if applicable.
