As a network and systems administrator, you will be at the heart of our clients technological challenges, ensuring the management and optimization of their IT infrastructures. From maintaining complex environments to solving advanced problems, you will play a key role in the performance and security of their systems.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows workstations, Active Directory, and backup systems.
• Propose and implement IT solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
• Deploy workstations and install various peripherals.
• Administer and maintain computer networks on a daily basis.
• Provide technical support to users, efficiently managing tickets.
• Document your actions and prepare technical reports.
• Travel to clients’ locations to meet their needs.
• Participate in infrastructure and architecture analysis, contributing to recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and conduct ongoing technology monitoring.
• Use automation tools to improve the efficiency of repetitive tasks.

Technical Skills:

• Mastery of the following technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, Hyper-V/VMware, firewalls (SonicWALL, WatchGuard), enterprise antivirus, backup systems (BackupExec, Veeam).
• Knowledge of Citrix and Cisco products is a plus.
• Experience with cloud services management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Expérience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in network and systems administration.
• A valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel.

• Fluency in French (written, spoken, comprehension) is essential. English is an asset, as some clients are English-speaking only.
• Experience with industrial systems and technologies is a plus.
• Specific certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, are an asset.
