At KPMG, we are seeking a passionate individual to join our Tax Incentives Practice in Calgary, where you can make a real difference by helping clients unlock their potential through innovation.
What you will do
- Be at the Forefront of Innovation: Work with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and tax experts. You will be exposed to state-of-the-art technologies and trends in science and engineering, allowing you to stay ahead in your field.

- Professional Growth: This role offers the opportunity to develop your project management skills, enhance your client relationship abilities, and gain experience in a consulting environment. You will manage multiple engagements, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
What you bring to the role
- A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or other related fields.
- 4-5 years of experience in a technology-based role; experience in a consulting position would be an asset.
- High comfort level and knowledge of computer software/IT technology topics and related terminology.
- Strong desire to learn about tax incentives and innovation funding. Experience in SR&ED preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively summarize complex technical activities.
- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
