Description
KRYOS, a growing company, is looking for a Service Advisor for our garage at Mississauga.
Under the supervision of our branch manager, the service advisor will work within our service department.
Job description:
- Scheduling service appointements
- Answer calls from costumers and evaluated their needs;
- Coordinate the maintenance and the service calls at our client of Ontario and across western Canada;
- Opening work orders and describing clearly and accurately the specific customer problems and needs;
- Recommending and explaining the nature of the required maintenance and repairs to the customer;
- Securing agreement from customer before repairs, outlining cost estimate and approximate time when vehicle's work will be completed;
- Communicating frequently and effectively with Service Technicians to obtain information on needed vehicle repairs;
- Keeping customer informed of the repair progress and communicating the need for additional work when needed;
- Explaining warranty policies and factory-recommended maintenance schedules to customer;
- Staying up to date on technical and performance information on all vehicles serviced;
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Verified warranty;
- Order parts for service calls and reparations.

Working conditions :
- Competitive salary based on experience
- On site, Monday to Friday
- 40 hours/week
- 8 hours shift / schedule 10:00 - 18:30
- Group benefits with employer contribution after 3 months
- Collective RRSP with employer contribution after 3 months
- Bonus for outcoming calls after work hour ( if applicable )

Compétences recherchées
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities using good organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in transport refrigeration (an asset)
- Minimum 2 years related customer service experience
- Post-Secondary diploma or equivalent related experience
- Previous working experience as a Service Advisor or Appointment Coordinator in an automotive dealership would be an asset
- Basic mechanical and/or refrigerated truck (an asset)
- Ability to communicate technical information in a manner that customers understand
- Excellent computer skills.
- Highly effective listening, communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities. Detail oriented
- Team player but also able to work independently
