The Analyst, Paid Search, Video & SEO is responsible for driving the execution, measurement and accuracy of Paid Search & YouTube marketing campaigns and SEO content. Key focus areas are developing and executing brand-elevating and customer-relevant marketing strategies to maximize the digital ROI, increase traffic and grow customership.
Responsibilities:
Specifically, this position will:
• Implement for Paid Search, Video & SEO channels:
• Develop content plans that ladder back to brand priorities while balancing developing event/promo plans that ladder back to business and financial objectives o Write copy & coordinate creatives for all Paid Search, Video & SEO priorities ensuring detailed execution o Maintain vendor relationships for daily execution, reporting, strategy, testing and targeting within the Paid Search & Video channels
• Collaborate effectively with US partners & cross-functional teams including site merchants and graphic artists to strategize, read and react to drive the business
• Triangulate/translate business objectives into tangible prioritized channel recommendations and provide insight/analysis to the business
• Maintain a testing roadmap, analyze results, and effect business change while keeping teams informed of strategic implications to the business
• Stay current on industry trends
• Assist Senior Analyst with budget projections and daily pacing
• Maintain content localization for the online product catalog in the Product Information Management (PIM) tool
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in Paid Media, or related field with understanding of ad platforms (hands on keyboard experience in Paid Search preferred not required) and analytic platforms
• Retail & E-commerce experience highly desirable
• Agility and ability to adapt to fast pace environment
• Teammate with great interpersonal skills; ability to champion relationships with internal & external teams
• Ability to multitask and project manage key business priorities
• Innovative mindset with intellectual curiosity
• Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to clearly explain business outcomes to leaders
• Ability to think analytically and change course if necessary, to achieve desired results
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
