Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for equipment performance and quality assurance? We’re looking for a Quality Coordinator - Temperature Control Systems to oversee the setup, maintenance, and inspection of temporary heating systems used for concrete curing. This role is essential in ensuring that our equipment operates safely, efficiently, and meets the highest standards of quality. Working closely with our operations team, you’ll play a key part in diagnosing issues, performing inspections, and driving continuous improvement in field practices.Come join our True Blue team today!
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections and routine maintenance on diesel forced air heaters used for concrete curing applications
- Coordinate setup, connection, and functionality checks for heating equipment, ensuring adherence to operational and safety standards
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders to guide inspections, repairs, and performance assessments
- Identify mechanical or electronic faults using diagnostic tools, including laptop-based software, pressure gauges, and test instruments
- Support the procurement process by assisting with identifying parts and materials based on repair or upgrade needs
- Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble system components with precision using hand and pneumatic tools
- Maintain detailed records of quality checks, repairs, and service logs to support traceability and compliance
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation for emergency support, ensuring rapid response and high service reliability
- Collaborate with technicians and leadership to identify recurring issues and contribute to corrective/preventive action initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with temporary heating systems, preferably in concrete curing applications
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems, diagnostic equipment, and quality control principles
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), along with a high level of organizational detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals with a quality assurance lens
- Familiarity with safety protocols, industry best practices, and continuous improvement strategies
- Proficiency in basic computer use; experience with diagnostic software and reporting tools is preferred
- Self-driven, quality-focused, and committed to operational excellence
Work Conditions:
- This is a site based position
Compensation
$70,400 - $96,800 annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
