Matthew Halton School requires temporary full-time community support worker. This position will commence on August 27, 2024 and end on June 26, 2025.
The community support worker will be responsible for:
helping students develop employability skills
securing workplace and/or volunteer placements in the community
ensuring the safety of students by assisting and supervising during workplace placements
building community partnerships to benefit the school and student opportunities
communicating with families regarding employability skills
liaison with community agencies
