Impact You Will Make:

This position poses a unique chance to shape the future of Loblaw in one of our fastest-growing sectors. As the finance business partner and FP&A leader for Loblaw Digital and Omnichannel businesses, you'll be at the helm of our digital journey. You'll also oversee the P&L from Sales to EBIT, placing you in an influential position within our financial structure. This role puts you at the center of monthly business rhythm management and performance reporting alongside Senior Leadership at both Loblaw Digital and Head Office (1PCC). Additionally, your valuable insights will guide the consolidation efforts for our Omnichannel group, evaluating financial outcomes as well as risk/opportunities across various portfolios. What You'll Do:

• Manage the consolidation of financial forecasting and results throughout the Loblaw Omnichannel group (Loblaw Digital, Advance, PC Optimum, PC Express, SDM, Joe Fresh)
• Contribute to establishing and tracking KPIs while identifying potential risks and opportunities
• Guarantee precise reporting, forecasting and analysis with an emphasis on risk management. This includes scenario planning and investigating diverse issues in detail
• Manage our headcount financial forecasts across the omnichannel group
• Spearhead long-term strategic financial forecasting processes
• Provide invaluable insights through detailed analysis and potential business strategies
• The ideal candidate is proactive with a knack for spotting process enhancements. They should be comfortable taking ownership as well as initiating changes by collaborating effectively with vital stakeholders within the organization

• Possesses strong sense of responsibility and eye for detail, demonstrating ownership over tasks
• Excellent communicator, adept at both written and verbal expression.

Role Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Analytics or Finance, ideal candidate will also possess an accounting designation (CPA) or MBA
• 7+ years of relevant business experience within a Finance and/or Retail environment
• Superior communication and analytical skills with the ability to drive useful business insights, ability to think outside the box
• Strong business acumen, with an ability to focus on continuous improvement.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with experience in financial modeling
• Ideal candidate will have exposure to SAP and analytics tools such as SQL, R or Tabl
