What You’ll Be Doing 
Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver fuel to various work sites in Calgary and surrounding areas
  • Inspect equipment fluid levels daily.
  • Filling and loading/unloading for deliveries to customers sites.
  • Ensure fuel is secure per company procedure and inspect in transit if necessary.
  • Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records.
  • Ensure customer signature is on every contact.
  • Inform management of new sales opportunities and job sites.
  • Communicate with branch of any delays so that customers can be advised.
  • Perform daily preventative maintenance inspections and safety checks to proactively identify and advise of any mechanical issues.
  • Keep the truck in clean and professional condition at all times.
  • Complete daily accurate pre-inspections and post-inspections regulatory logs and timesheets. 

What You’ll Bring to the Team 
Qualifications and Requirements: 

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with air endorsement and a clean or satisfactory driver's abstract (no more than 3 demerit points).
  • Familiar with local roads.
  • Previous LPG/propane/ fuel experience considered an asset.
  • Very customer-oriented with a professional and courteous attitude.
  • Available to work overtime when required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Willingness to participate in job-specific training.
  • Active Standard First Aid Certification is considered an asset.
  • Ability to identify and describe mechanical issues on the truck/trailer.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment is an asset.
  • Must have own transportation with strong knowledge of Calgary and surrounding area.
