What You’ll Be Doing
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prospecting new customers on jobsites and offices to drive rental revenues
- Follow-up leads generated from various sources
- Analyze customer needs and requirements, and present customers with equipment rental solutions
- Effectively manage and develop networking relationships
- Complete required paperwork and processes in an accurate and timely manner
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in an Outside Sales role (preferably in equipment rentals, construction, or a related industry)
- At least 2 years of experience in the Construction industry and/or experience in construction bidding & job site timelines
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; post-secondary diploma an asset
- Strong drive for results and very customer oriented
- Strong prospecting and needs analysis skills
- Solid team player and self-starter
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available to work after working hours and on weekend
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points). You will be required to provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request
