Service Centre Administrator

Temporary Contract - Full Time Position

Effective Immediately until February 27, 2026

As a team member of ICT Services, the

Service Centre Administrator

provides a variety of services, support and training

to address the system wide application and technology needs of LDCSB staff and students.

Qualifications and Skills required:

2 year college diploma in Office Administration or equivalent (required).

Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.

Maintain a demonstrated working knowledge of present and emerging information communication technology and software

1 to 2 years’ experience working in a service / help desk role

3 or more years’ experience working in a K to 12 school environments preferred

Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and problem analysis and solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality and security

Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
