About Us:
Maple Hill School is an accredited high school located in Richmond, B.C. We offer both required and a variety of elective courses to students from Grade 9 to Grade 12. We are now looking for experienced BC certified Math and Science teacher to join our team.The Math and Science teacher will be responsible for teaching small classes (15-20 students) in Math and Science classes from the Grade 10 level on up.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality instruction to class, ensuring student engagement and achievement.
Plan and implement dynamic lessons that align with the BC curriculum framework and meet the diverse needs of students.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and growth.
Teachers need to have their own teaching materials and prepare teaching content and related learning materials in advance.
Qualifications:
BC certified teacher
Bachelor's degree in related field; related master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience .
