A snapshot of some of the exciting things you will lead and do:
Oversee inedible and waste rooms
Ensure inedible, waste and recycling are properly segregated
Ensure inedible and waste rooms are cleaned in timely manner
Inspect equipment and enter work orders when required
Train inedible and waste room employees and backups on inedible and waste procedures
Provide direction and feedback to inedible and waste room employees
Liaise with production supervisors and assistant supervisors to ensure adequate staffing in place and ensure tasks completed as required
Monitor recycling trailers and compactors fill levels, communicate if extra pickups are required
Participate in wastewater and byproducts activities as required

Experience in inedible and waste room procedures
Self-starter, flexible, team player, willing and able to work on a wide variety of tasks
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility
Strong communicator
Tow motor license required
