Description
We are currently seeking two full-time Classroom Assistants to join our Elementary team. The successful candidates will join a team of educators passionate about providing a holistic learning experience for children. Experience with Montessori is certainly an asset but not a necessity.
Desired qualities in a candidate are:
* Clean criminal record check
* Successful experience working with and understanding students in elementary school
* Able to take direction as well as initiative
* Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
* Organized and reliable
* The desire to learn about the Montessori philosophy
* Current First Aid or willingness to acquire
The successful candidate must be available on a full time basis Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 3:00 commencing September 1st until June 30th.
