The Near North District School Board is Hiring!
1.0 Temporary School Secretary
Effective Immediately to November 2024 or until the return of the employee
Location: White Woods Public School
The successful candidate will support school administration in duties associated with the day-to-day operation of an elementary school.
Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 12 education
1-3 years secretarial experience in a school environment
Skills Required:
High level of competence in secretarial and general office procedures
Sound knowledge of MS Office and Student Information System (SIS) Programs/PowerSchool
Knowledge of the Student Attendance and Report Card Programs (Edsby)
Knowledge and experience using KEV accounting and K212
Knowledge of school budget procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in an elementary school environment would be an asset
Rate: $28.16 to $30.98 per hour
