Casual Secretary - All Regions
Effective Immediately
Location: All Regions *Please indicate your preferred Region on your Cover Letter*
North Region - North Bay and Surrounding Areas
East Region - Sundridge, South River and Surrounding Areas
West Region - Parry Sound and Surrounding Areas
The successful candidate will support school administration in duties associated with the day-to-day operation of an elementary school.
Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 12 education
1-3 years secretarial experience in a school environment
Skills Required:
High level of competence in secretarial and general office procedures
Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite
Knowledge of the Student Attendance and Report Card Programs (Edsby) Student Information System (SIS) Programs/PowerSchool is considered an asset
Knowledge and experience using KEV accounting and K212 is considered an asset
Knowledge of school budget procedures is considered an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in a school environment would be an asset
Rate of Pay: $18.79 plus 4% vacation pay and applicable statutory holiday pay
