Your Main Responsibilities:
Shipping and Receiving:
- Prepare goods for shipping with attention to detail.
- Ensure parcels and pallets are correctly labeled.
Production:
- Review and prioritize customer orders based on urgency and deadlines.
- Navigate orders through different production stages with precision.
- Prepare products to customer specifications and maintain high quality.
- Safely operate shop equipment and ensure efficient production.
Facility Maintenance:
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment.
Vehicle Operation:
- Operate company vehicles, including tow motors (training provided), to transport materials and equipment.

Your Skills and Experience:
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with handheld power tools and various cutting tools.
- Skilled in taking and recording measurements using the Imperial system.
- Forklift operator’s license (a plus) and a valid full G driver’s license (required).
Soft Skills:
- Proactive, resourceful, and a team player.
- Positive attitude with a sense of initiative.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to the company's success.
- High level of integrity, respect, and professionalism.
