About the Emergency Health I&IT Solutions & Technology Management Branch:

The Emergency Health I&IT Solutions & Technology Management Branch (EHSTM) is dedicated to developing, maintaining, and modernizing IT solutions for the Hospitals & Emergency Services Division, Paramedic Services, and Hospitals. Our key responsibilities include:

  • Managing land ambulance dispatch systems for better-connected healthcare and seamless integration.
  • Leading security operations, business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and technology management.
  • Representing the Ministry's interests in IT enterprise initiatives and services.
