What can I expect to do in this role?In this role, you will:

• lead or participate in the creation and modification of Active Directory User Objects, Distribution Lists, Enterprise Email accounts
• provide the necessary access to file shares and administer mainframe solutions (RACF)
• ensure individual clients, Service Order Desk Agents and all appropriate stakeholders are kept informed and that activities and tasks are being fulfilled within targeted Service Level agreements.
• ensure that all OPS security requirements are considered when fulfilling any request that may provide unauthorized access to personal or enterprise data storage.

How do I qualify?Technical Knowledge and Skills:• you have knowledge of mailbox creation, email protocols and standard windows products (e.g. MS Office) to create and secure email and mailbox accounts
• you have knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) policies and procedures, Service Order Fulfillment, Mainframe (RACF) and eSMT to coordinate IT service requests and ensure all service order requests are monitored and fulfilled
• you have the ability to acquire knowledge of Service Level Agreements

Communication and Relationship Management Skills:• you can explain risks, benefits and recommendations to decision makers, stakeholders and staff
• you can establish effective working relationships, provide detailed instruction for non-technical agents and deal with partners, vendors and customers

Organization Skills:• you have organizational skills to prioritize and effectively deal with multiple requests and meet defined goals
• you can plan and coordinate projects

Project Management and Leadership Skills:• you have knowledge of project management and integrated office systems to review infrastructure projects and solutions, evaluate feasibility options and identify client service needs
• you have leadership and teamwork skills to provide technical direction to Service Desk Analysts

Analytical Skills:• you have analytical skills to translate business needs into technology requirements , understand client requests, provide solutions to IT needs and recognize barriers that may jeopardize service delivery
