Under the direction of the Principal, the Office Administrator:
provides secretarial and administrative services for the Principal and staff;
acts as a receptionist;
maintains office records;
orders school supplies;
provides basic medical attention;
and performs other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Secondary School Diploma;
one year of Community College in a related field;
three years of related experience;
proficiency in word processing;
excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
tact, diplomacy and discretion;
ability to work independently.
Casual Office Administrators/Administrative Assistants must be available to work on call during regular school hours at various school locations.
These are casual positions with an hourly wage range starting at $27.75 plus 4% in lieu of vacation pay.
