The Ottawa Catholic School Board invites applications from candidates interested in being considered for the International and Indigenous Languages (Elementary) Program Administrative Support positions and supply positions, which may become available during the 2024-2025 school year. The International and Indigenous Language Elementary Program runs from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for 32 Saturdays from September to June.

Qualifications:

Excellent skills for Microsoft Office and email applications;

General proficiency in English;

Experience working in a fast-paced, diverse, multilingual environment;

Good customer service skills.

In addition, the following will be considered an asset:

Prior experience working in an office environment and/or in a support role;

Prior experience in International language programs, in elementary schools or educational setting;

Knowledge of languages other than English and French

Compensation: $16.55 an hour plus 4% vacation.
