Work in a team and individually to develop software according to design and customer requirements. Perform integration and test procedures and create reports for product compliance. Participate in the on-going in-house support of applications and products. Position is Hybrid, working a minimum average of 3 days per week in the office. What You Will Learn: Experience in the field of HF communications Software development in C++ and/or C# Mature software development processes for quality software Qualifications You Must Have: Must either hold or be eligible for a Government of Canada Secret Level Security Clearance and Controlled Goods Access. Enrolled in a post-secondary software development program. Qualifications We Prefer: Sound skills in C/C++ and real-time embedded computer architectures Software development experience in Linux operating systems Integrated Development Environments such as Eclipse and Visual Studio Version Control Systems such as git Object Oriented programming skills Strong communication skills, both oral and written Detail oriented with strong analytical skills Knowledgeable in networking and wireless communication protocols such as TCP, RTP, VoIP Knowledgeable in the software life cycle including definition, requirement analysis and design, implementation, validation and support Good team working ability and self-motivated with a desire to learn Learn More & Apply Now!
