New Graduate Rotational Program Through our New Graduate Rotational Program, you will acquire the valuable hands-on skills and foundational experience to become the professional you are meant to be. You will have the opportunity to be involved and contribute to meaningful projects, develop key skills and learn from a diverse group of leaders. If you have just launched your career (with <2 years of professional experience) or expecting to graduate in early 2025, then this opportunity is for you! As part of the program, successful candidates will participate in 3 rotations of 12 months. Rotational plans are designed to accelerate your personal and professional development. Here are some of our career opportunities: Product Definition, Detail Design: Define complex engineering solutions in 2D and 3D. Coordinate part release and engineering change documentation. Product Weight Analysis: Calculate and manage weight, center of gravity, moments of inertia of individual parts, assemblies and engine. Development Build: Provide technical and operational support to engine builds conducted by development engineering teams. Test Section Design: Provide the detail definition in 2D and 3D CAD in engine testing including alteration drawings, related instructions for flight test instrumentation. Development Assembly Process Planner: Plan and define the assembly instructions used to build a complete engine in development. Tool Design: Design complex assembly tooling solutions in 2D and 3D CAD. Configuration Management: Lead configuration activities related to the development control traceability and maintenance of all engine and OEM product. Required qualifications: Recently graduated (2023-2024) or expecting to graduate by May 2025 A college diploma in Engineering Technology: Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing Enthusiasm and passionate about advanced aerospace propulsion system technologies Eagerness to learn and grow within a diverse and inclusive team A mindset of creativity and energetic drive to succeed Knowledge of CAD software (e.g. CATIA), geometric tolerancing (GD&T), and basic programming (an asset) Bilinguisme (an asset) What to expect?
