À quoi ressemblera votre travail quotidien : L’équipe PLM a actualisé la version du logiciel de gestion du cycle de vie du produit (PLM) implanté en 2016 pour plus de 8000 utilisateurs à travers le monde et est dans le processus de déployer des améliorations et nouvelles fonctionnalités. Sous la supervision des membres de l’équipe “Transformation et Gouvernance PLM”, le stagiaire participera à: Comprendre les fonctionnalités de la version 2020X; Capturer les nouveaux requis de la Business et suivre le processus SDLC pour proposer des solutions techniques; Documenter et exécuter le plan de test / Identifier les problèmes de test et participer à l’investigation; Préparer et présenter du matériel de formation / Préparer le matériel de communication publié sur l’intranet, dans TEAMS et par courriel; Offrir du support aux utilisateurs à tout moment. He has a good understanding of business processes, as well as the tool, to offer a good service. What your day to day will look like: The PLM team just updated the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software version that was implemented in 2016 for more than 8000 users around the world and is currently in the process of deploying improvements and new functionalities. Under the supervision of the “PLM Transformation and Governance” team, the intern will participate to: Understand the 2020x version functionalities; Capture the new Business requirements and follow the SDLC process to propose technical solutions; Document and execute the test plan / Identify testing issues and participate in the troubleshooting; Write and present training, learning material / Prepare communication material to be published on the intranet, in TEAMS or by email; Offer support to PLM users at any moment. What you need to be successful: Must haves: Be eligible to work in Canada Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable Pursuing a degree in Engineering or in Operations Management Spoken and written French and English. A good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is required for this the operational needs of the Employer and the people with whom the [candidate] will interact.
