\nOverview:
\nResponsible for the safe and efficient planning, construction, and commissioning of the Mill area, ensuring alignment with the project’s technical, environmental, and schedule objectives.
\n
\nRole & Responsibilities:\n\n

\n\t
• Oversee all construction and installation activities in the Mill area.\n\t
\n
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and contractor execution plans.\n\t
\n
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and environmental compliance standards are met.\n\t
\n
• Support commissioning and ramp-up to operational readiness.\n\t
\n
• Liaise with technical disciplines to resolve field-level issues.\n
\n

\nQualifications / Requirements:\n\n

\n\t
• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Mining, or Chemical Engineering.\n\t
\n
• 10+ years in mill construction within mining or heavy industrial projects.\n\t
\n
• Proven leadership on site-based mega projects.\n
\n
