\nOverview:
\nResponsible for the cost control function for the project, including forecasting, budget management, and variance reporting.
\n
\nRole & Responsibilities:\n\n

\n\t
• Develop and maintain detailed project cost reports and cash flow.\n\t
\n
• Monitor contractor and supplier invoicing vs. progress.\n\t
\n
• Support contingency tracking and escalation.\n\t
\n
• Provide cost input for change assessments and monthly reports.\n
\n

\nQualifications / Requirements:\n\n

\n\t
• Degree in Engineering, Finance, or Construction Management.\n\t
\n
• 10+ years of cost control experience in mining or energy projects.\n\t
\n
• Proficiency in cost tools (e.g., Prism, EcoSys, SAP).\n
\n
