WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

In this role, you will form part of a team that is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining current and future state business processes as it relates to Identity and Access Management (IAM). In addition, you will create, measure, and monitor internal controls and metrics to drive continuous improvement.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Provides leadership and counsel in establishing and implementing processes, standards, guidelines and best practices for the operations of solutions.

  • Participates in the documentation and maintenance of high-level operational processes, highlighting key controls and monitoring these controls for opportunities for strategic performance improvement.

  • Champions the creation of metrics and manages with a higher level of information i.e. at the trends and management indicator level; differentiates between project and program metrics.

  • Partners to compile IAM metrics collection from IAM Processes and Procedures and makes recommendations for continual improvement and automation.

  • Works with IAM teams and other business partners to achieve business alignment and strategic business objectives.

  • Contribute to the IAM IT strategic direction; providing technology thought-leadership and strategic solutions that enhance and support business processes and enable the IT Risk Functional Unit in achieving their goals.

  • Promotes innovative or improved methods to get the work done and implements best practices.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in IAM with special consideration to those with experience in process and procedure development.

  • Experience in more than one of the following IAM domains; Authentication, Access Request and Provisioning, Privileged Access Management, Authorization.

  • Experience with control testing and metrics collection.

  • Ability to identify and mitigate gaps in aspects of an organizations IAM maturity.

  • Strong organizational, communication, project management and time management capabilities.

Nice-to-have:

  • Knowledge of IT Standards, Methodologies, CMM and audit requirements.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses.
