In-Home Opportunity - Flexible, up to 12 hours
SUMMARY OF POSITION: As the EA, you will play a vital role in carrying out pre-planned lessons and life skills activities that cater to the unique requirements of your students. Your dedication and commitment will be instrumental in helping students with therapy follow-up, engaging them in home learning activities and virtual programming, and collaborating effectively as part of a cohesive team. The children have a range of learning and behavioral needs that require a compassionate and flexible EA. As an EA, you will receive support from therapists, a home learning support teacher, parents, and our Special Education Coordinator. This collaborative environment will enable you to thrive in your role and make a significant difference in the lives of your students.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, CREDENTIALS AND/OR SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Experience and/or EA certification is highly valued for this role, as it demonstrates a solid foundation in supporting students with diverse learning needs. However, we also welcome candidates who possess a strong interest, related experience, or relevant training, coupled with a genuine willingness to learn and grow in this field. We are seeking individuals who embody Christian values and possess an empathetic nature. We value individuals who exhibit flexibility, creativity, patience, and enthusiasm. Experience working with school-aged children, along with a background in special needs, is advantageous but not required.
First Aid with CPR and AED are a required

Hourly rate: $20.00 - $28.90
