We are always looking for talented, enthusiastic educators to join our team! RCOA offers a flexible, supportive work environment. Teachers have the opportunity to build their own portfolio of work, choosing the type and amount of work desired (e.g., part-time or full-time). Our flexible positions include work from home, work in our onsite classes, or a combination of the virtual and onsite work. Various support roles are also available in classes or homes.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Teacher certification by the B.C. Teacher Regulation Branch or the Office of the Inspector of Independent Schools is required.
Applicants must be Christian and must agree with RCOA's Statement of Faith.
Experience and education related to working with students in Online Learning is an asset but not required .
