We are always looking for talented, enthusiastic educators to join our team! RCOA offers a flexible, supportive work environment. Teachers have the opportunity to build their own portfolio of work, choosing the type and amount of work desired (e.g., part-time or full-time). Our flexible positions include work from home, work in our onsite classes, or a combination of the virtual and onsite work. Various support roles are also available in classes or homes.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Teacher certification by the B.C. Teacher Regulation Branch or the Office of the Inspector of Independent Schools is required .
Applicants must be Christian and must agree with RCOAs Statement of Faith.
Experience and education related to working with students in Online Learning is an asset but not required .
